Robert C. "Bob" Johnson is the son of House of Raeford Farms founder Marvin Johnson and currently leads this family-owned and operated company as President & CEO. Under his leadership, House of Raeford has consistently ranked among the 10 largest chicken producers in the nation, with operations spanning North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Louisiana.
The organization stands as one of the leading revenue-producing companies in North Carolina — a testament to Bob's commitment to operational excellence and community-minded leadership.

Bob graduated from Harrells Christian Academy and attended Louisburg College before building his career at House of Raeford Farms alongside his father.

FLOCK
Bob strongly believes in giving back to the communities where House of Raeford operates — through monetary and product donations as well as personal involvement.
