BS Human Resource Management
The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration: Human Resource Management, offered through the Robert L. Tillman School of Business, focuses on helping students understand the strategic approach to management of an organization’s most valued assets — the people working there who individually and collectively contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the business. Graduates are prepared to attract and retain talented employees while making sure their activities align with strategic objectives. Valuable leadership and interpersonal skills are also gained, as well as an understanding of group dynamics.

Practice identifying, applying, and assessing various criteria for the development of business training programs
Examine the theoretical and practical perspectives of motivation, behavior, and overall organizational effectiveness
Explore retailing as a part of the product distribution phase

Graduates are well-rounded in human resource issues and have the knowledge to acquire a management position immediately. The BS degree in Human Resource Management provides an expedited path for students interested in pursuing the Master of Business Administration (MBA) program.

Tailored for working adults, the program includes many instructors with SHRM certifications. The Human Resource Management degree follows the SHRM-recommended courses of study. SHRM looks at our program at three years.
