Student Accessibility

The University of Mount Olive does not discriminate against any qualified student with a documented disability. If you have a disability-related need for accommodations, please contact the Director of Student Accessibility for more information.

Documentation must be filed with Student Accessibility to formally request accommodations. Accommodations are not retroactive; therefore, contact Student Accessibility as soon as possible.

Letters requesting academic accommodations need to be requested for each course. Students should meet with their professors during the first week of class, if not earlier. During the conversation with the professor, both professor and student need to sign and date the letter, then return a copy to Student Accessibility.
