How to Get Started
Upcoming Career Development Events
The 2026 UMO Career & Internship Fair will be held on Thursday, April 9, 2026, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon in Kornegay Arena. Employer registration is limited and will be approved based on alignment with University of Mount Olive academic programs and student career pathways. The event provides employers the opportunity to recruit for internships, part-time employment, full-time positions, and graduate or professional opportunities.
All employer registration and communication for this event will be managed through Handshake. Employers should begin by creating an employer account in Handshake using the link above and then submit a registration request for the Career & Internship Fair.
Registration is $50 and includes up to two representatives. Employers may add a third representative for an additional fee, for a total of $75.
Payment is requested by March 27, 2026. Refunds will only be issued if the University of Mount Olive cancels the event.
Employers will receive logistical details, including check-in and set-up information, upon approval of their registration.
