
Ecology and Natural Resource Management
If you’re passionate about the outdoors, wildlife, and protecting the planet, the Bachelor of Science in Ecology and Natural Resources is the perfect fit for you. This program blends hands-on learning with real-world science—from ecology and environmental studies to agriculture and sustainability. You’ll explore how we can solve today’s biggest environmental challenges, like managing wildlife habitats and protecting natural resources, while also learning how these issues connect to farming, forestry, and conservation.

Students gain field experience and graduate with a certification in Ecology and Conservation Management from Ducks Unlimited. They also be eligible for professional certification as a Wildlife Biologist and an Ecologist—setting students up for careers in conservation, environmental science, and beyond.
Interdisciplinary coursework in ecology, biology, environmental policy, and conservation science provides students with a well-rounded foundation to tackle real-world environmental challenges.

You’ll build strong relationships with your professors and get one-on-one support as you explore topics like conservation, habitat management, and environmental science. Plus, you’ll graduate with industry-recognized certifications and the skills to launch a career in conservation, environmental consulting, or wildlife biology—or take the next step into grad school.
