His leadership supports core enterprise functions including Risk Management, Finance, Human Resources, and client operations, ensuring the financial lifecycle needs of both consumer and wholesale clients are met.

Most recently, Anderson directed the Enterprise Operational Services organization at Truist, overseeing Truist Care Centers, Client Default Solutions, Consumer, Small Business, and Wholesale Lending, Mortgage Servicing, and Fraud and Transaction Services. Since joining BB&T in 1998 through the Leadership Development Program, Anderson has gained extensive expertise in both operations and technology. His career began in Commercial Lending in Goldsboro, NC, before transitioning to operations, where he has spent most of his tenure.

Beyond his professional contributions, Anderson actively serves in leadership roles within the industry. He is a board member of Viewpointe, a data and content management technology services provider, and the Electronic Check Clearinghouse Organization, where he previously served as Chair.

Anderson resides in Charlotte, NC, with his wife and son. Outside of his corporate commitments, he enjoys fly fishing and is an avid car enthusiast.

The Dianne Riley-Gray Distinguished Service Award is presented annually to alumni who demonstrate exceptional service, leadership, and devotion to the University of Mount Olive. Anderson’s longstanding commitment to his profession reflects the very qualities the award was designed to honor.
