Monthly Payment Plan
For many students and their families, a monthly payment plan is the best way to budget for school expenses. UMO's payment plan is administered by Nelnet and allows you to pay all or part of your tuition and fees in monthly installments — with no interest charges.

How It Works
Step 01
Log In to Self-Service
Sign in to your Self-Service portal to access your student billing account.
Step 02
Make a Payment
Navigate to the Make a Payment section within your billing account.
Step 03
Select Payment Plan
Choose the Nelnet payment plan option and select how much of your balance to spread into installments.
Step 04
Enroll & Pay Fee
Complete enrollment by paying the one-time $35 semester fee. Your balance is then split into interest-free monthly installments.
Please note: The $35 enrollment fee applies per semester plan and is non-refundable. For questions about your balance or payment plan options, contact the Student Accounts office or log in to MyUMO.
