Annual Pageant to be Held at Mount Olive College
MOUNT OLIVE- The annual Mr. and Ms. University of Mount Olive Pageant is scheduled for Saturday, April 16, at 7:30 PM in Southern Bank Auditorium. The theme for this year’s event is “Dancing Stars of MOC.”
The pageant will include interview, casual wear, talent, and formal wear competitions. Pageant participants include: Edili Taveras of Wendell; Sarah Taylor of Kenly; Lindsey Parnell of Clayton; Jessica Pineda of Mount Olive; Amber Jackson of Roper; Maricela Ortiz of Kenly; Christopher Matthews of Goldsboro; Mason Carroll of Clayton; Kevin Cobb of Kinston, Martin Brekko of Norway, Trevor Gaskins of Ernul, and Kimberly Ramirez of Leland.
Professional dance couples Kevin and Dawn Amory, Bubba and Joy Williams, Norman and Elle Hooker, Marti Barbour and Patti Mitchell, along with University of Mount Olive student Adam Brown, will provide the special entertainment for the evening.
Tickets for the event, sponsored by the University of Mount Olive Student Government Association, are $10.00 and are available in the Student Development Office at University of Mount Olive prior to the event and at the door.
