Avante Vocal Ensemble to Perform at University of Mount Olive

University of Mount Olive is hosting Avante Vocal Ensemble in the Assembly Hall located at 205 Wooten Street on February 2, at 7:30 PM. The public is invited to attend. Tickets are $10 at the door.

Hailed for their extraordinary vocal gymnastics, amazing intonations and overall excellence, the eight singers of Avante perform a unique repertoire ranging from traditional choral works to cutting edge Manhattan Transfer style numbers. With a historically wide-range of songs, this a cappella ensemble is routinely praised for its high standard of musicianship and unique arrangements.

This event is part of the University of Mount Olive Concert Series, which presents four events each year, bringing a variety of artists such as concert pianists, string quartets, jazz ensembles, opera singers, and chamber music ensembles.
