Church Night Basketball Games Set for January 30 at UMO
MOUNT OLIVE- The annual University of Mount Olive Church Night Basketball Games will take place on Saturday, January 30, in Kornegay Arena. Tip off times are at 4 and 6 PM, for the women and men respectively. The Trojans will match up against Limestone College.
Tickets for both games are being sold at a special discounted rate of $1 for those attending with a church group. There will be a variety of half-time activities for people of all ages, and the church with the most people in attendance will be awarded a scholarship. Both games will be nationally televised. Dinner will be served from 4 – 6 PM at a cost of $7.50 per person in the Murphy Center. A portion of the proceeds from the dinner will go to Make-A-Wish Foundation.
