Harrison Lecture at University of Mount Olive

University of Mount Olive held its 21st annual Vivian B. Harrison Memorial Lecture in Rodgers Chapel on Tuesday April 19, 2011.  Dr. C. Kavin Rowe, assistant professor of New Testament at Duke University Divinity School, was the guest speaker.  His topic was “Ecclesiology in Luke-Acts.”

The Vivian B. Harrison Lecture was established by the Reverend Frank R. Harrison in memory of his late wife. The purpose of the lecture is to provide a medium for continuing education for the ministers and laypersons of North Carolina.
