Meadows Receives Alumni Award

Meadows MOUNT OLIVE – During its spring Alumni Weekend, the University of Mount Olive Alumni Association (MOCAA) named Tracey Meadows Alumni Business Associate of the Year. The award was presented by Melinda Holland, director of the Annual Fund at University of Mount Olive.

Meadows is a 1994 graduate of University of Mount Olive where she earned her degree in recreational and leisure studies.  She was also a member of the College’s softball team, where she was pitcher and was awarded the Most Valuable Player during her senior year. Meadows and her husband, Dayton, own High Standard Cleaning in Goldsboro.  Meadows had a positive experience at MOC and believes in giving back to the institution that gave so much to her.  As a way of giving back, in 2012 Dayton established an endowment in Tracey’s Honor to assist female student athletes at MOC with scholarship support.  Tracey and Dayton have been active members of the University of Mount Olive Business Associates program since 2012 and are active members of the Trojan Club.

“We are grateful for the investment that High Standard Cleaning has made to University of Mount Olive,” said Holland. “Their active and longtime commitment is inspiring and honorable. They join a long and distinguished list of business community leaders whose vision and generosity help shape the future of MOC that will last a lifetime.”
