The University of Mount Olive wishes E. Lee Glover a HAPPY 85th BIRTHDAY!
A 1959 Mount Olive Junior College graduate, Lee grew up in Dover, NC. After obtaining his associate’s degree from Mount Olive, Lee went on to earn his bachelor’s, master’s, and doctorate degrees at two other colleges and universities. Lee has often said that his 33-year career as a college professor was sparked by his time at Mount Olive. “Mount Olive College started my educational journey and truly altered my life for the better,” he stated.
Lee’s portrait and name on the E. Lee Glover Center for Religious Studies are a constant reminder of his generosity, his allegiance, and his love for UMO!
