UMO Career Services Center hosted a Career Fair

The University of Mount Olive Career Services Center hosted a Career Fair on Thursday with over 40 employers and  graduate school representatives participating.  Students had the opportunity to discuss job and career opportunities, practice interviewing skills, and network with recruiters.

Taylor Raynor, a  senior business major from Newton Grove, talks to Lowes Home Improvement representatives on how to become a sales manager while gaining insightful business knowledge on how to “climb the ladder” of success.

 

 

 

Quintin Davis, a senior graphic design major from Warrenton, explains his career ambitions to an officer with the Cumberland County Sheriff’s office. Quintin noted that he learned a lot about the officer’s personal experiences within law enforcement and received the most encouraging words from her. Quinton explained, “She told me to never let anyone tell me I can’t do something.”
