UMO Cybersecurity and Computer Science Students Tour Cisco Systems

University of Mount Olive (UMO) Cybersecurity and Computer Science students recently visited Cisco Systems in Raleigh’s Research Triangle Park for an exclusive behind-the-scenes experience. The day began with a welcome session, followed by an engaging presentation on Cisco’s cutting-edge technology and career opportunities in the tech industry.

Students enjoyed a pizza lunch with Cisco experts who shared insights into the tech field, followed by an interactive tour of Cisco’s lab facilities. This visit allowed students to explore real-world applications of their studies and gain valuable industry perspectives, solidifying UMO’s commitment to hands-on learning.
