
UMO to Host Broadway, Ballads, and the Blues
MOUNT OLIVE- The University of Mount Olive (UMO) will host a musical event “Broadway, Ballads, and the Blues” on Sunday, February 2, at 3 PM in the Hazel Waters Kornegay Assembly Hall.
“Broadway, Ballads, and the Blues,” is an exploration of three music genres. Theatre Arts Instructor John Clifton, with the help of his students, and a few surprise guest artists, will perform songs and demonstrate emotion through the performance arts. This night promises to be great fun for music and theatre enthusiasts of all backgrounds. The event is free and the public is invited to attend.
