UMO to Welcome the Talleys on September 8
MOUNT OLIVE- The Talleys, a contemporary southern gospel trio, will hold a concert at the University of Mount Olive on September 8. The concert will be at 7:30 PM in the Hazel Waters Kornegay Assembly Hall located at 207 Wooten Street in Mount Olive. The concert is free and the public is invited to attend.
One of Christian music’s most beloved and respected families, the Talleys began performing in 1984. Roger and Debra Talley along with their daughter, Lauren have enjoyed 11 number one songs, and have received numerous Singing News Fan Awards and Dove Award nominations. They are frequently recognized for their appearances on the Gaither Homecoming video series and concert tour, as well as In Touch with Dr. Charles Stanley and John Hagee Ministries. They have appeared on RFD-TV’s “The Music City Show,” and have toured overseas to Norway, Northern Ireland, Italy, and South Africa. The Talleys consistently take their music with a message to hundreds of concert and church audiences of all sizes across America each year.
