Univeristy of Mount Olive Community Welcome Night

Majesty Rose recently performed at the University of Mount Olive as part of the UMO Community Welcome Night.  Rose, a 23 year old Goldsboro native, made the national spotlight on season 13 of American Idol. While on the show, she performed songs from various artists such as Pharrell Williams, Idina Menzel, and Avicii. Her dynamic voice led her all the way to the top 9.  She is now working on writing and recording music of her own.

It was a perfect moon-lit night for a movie on the lawn at the University of Mount Olive.  Students and community members enjoyed Avengers: Age of Ultron as part of the UMO Community Welcome night festivities.
