University of Mount Olive to Celebrate Founders Day

MOUNT OLIVE – The University of Mount Olive (UMO) will celebrate 64 years of Christian higher education at its annual Founders Day event on Tuesday, November 17, at 11 AM in Southern Bank Auditorium.  The Founders Leadership Award will be presented during the event. Employees celebrating continued years of service at the University will also be recognized during the celebration. The keynote address will be delivered by Rose M. Raper, Jean F. Ackiss and Gary F. Barefoot.

 

The public is invited to join in the free celebration of the institution’s heritage.
