Virtual UMO Graduation to Air December 12

To celebrate the 2020 graduating class, the University of Mount Olive will air its virtual graduation ceremony on December 12, at 10 AM and 2 PM.  UMO Alumnus Luis Miranda will deliver the commencement address.  Miranda is the senior pastor of Rivermont Baptist Church and principal at Wayne Christian School.

Of the 256 candidates for graduation, 36 will be awarded master’s degrees, 54 associate degrees, and 166 bachelor’s degrees.  During the ceremony, each graduate will be recognized by name.   The Dr. Thomas R.
