Worried About Where Your Food Comes From?
MOUNT OLIVE – The University of Mount Olive Collegiate Young Farmers & Ranchers program is hosting a panel entitled, “Misconceptions in Agriculture.” The panel will include several professional agriculturalists who are directly involved in crop production, chemical use, land management, livestock production, livestock nutrition, and much more.
Attendees can learn how their food is produced and ask questions during the Monday, February 11 event. The program begins at 5 PM and is being held in Southern Bank Auditorium on the UMO campus. Light refreshments will be provided after the discussion.
