MOUNT OLIVE – Each semester the Society, Law, and Justice Association (SLJA) chooses an individual or organization that conducts charity work or gives back to the community in some function. To show support and to give back to the community, SLJA will provide a meal or a gift card to that chosen individual or organization. 

SLJA President Lauren King recently presented the UMO Campus Safety Department with a Subway gift card for each officer as a gesture for all that he and his department does to ensure the safety of UMO students.
