Durham County Student Receives Award at The University of Mount Olive

 

MOUNT OLIVE – Durham County resident Xavier Page received the W. Burkette Raper Religion Student of the Year award at The University of Mount Olive’s Annual Awards Ceremony.  Page is a senior religion major.  The W. Burkette Raper Outstanding Student in Religion is given to an outstanding graduating student on the basis of academic excellence. This award is given in honor of Dr. W. Burkett Raper, president of Mount Olive College from 1954—1995.

The University of Mount Olive is a private institution rooted in the liberal arts tradition with defining Christian values.
