Illinois Student Receives Awards at University of Mount Olive

MOUNT OLIVE- Ashlee Reuter of Durand, Illinois received the Most Promising Recreation and Leisure Studies Underclassman Award at University of Mount Olive’s Annual Awards Ceremony. Reuter, a sophomore recreational therapy major, is the daughter of Jeff and Bobbie Reuter and is a member of the volleyball team.
The Most Promising Recreation and Leisure Studies Award is given by the Recreation and Leisure Science Alumni Scholarship fund to a sophomore or first year RLS major who demonstrates outstanding scholarship and service/leadership capabilities.  The recipient must have completed at least 30 semester hours at University of Mount Olive, and at least 12 semester hours of RLS course work.
