Onslow County Student Receives Award at Mount Olive College
MOUNT OLIVE- Laura White of Jacksonville has received the M. L. Johnson Business Award at University of Mount Olive. White, a senior business administration major and human resource minor, is the daughter of Robbie and Rose White.
The M. L. Johnson Business Award is a scholarship in memory of M. L. Johnson (1916-1969), the first Treasurer/Business Manager of University of Mount Olive (1951-1961). The scholarship is given to a rising senior selected by the business faculty for greatest promise in the field of business.
University of Mount Olive is a private institution rooted in the liberal arts tradition with defining Christian values.
