UMO to Host EJ Jones and Piper Friends

MOUNT OLIVE- The University of Mount Olive (UMO) will host EJ Jones and Piper Friends on Thursday, March 28 at 7 PM in the Southern Bank Auditorium.

Bagpiper and instrument maker EJ Jones and Piper Friends bring beautifully- and energetically-played Highland bagpipes accompanied by the percussive chords of the bouzouki and drum to the University Concert Series. Expect to hear original instrumentals and traditional Irish, Scottish and Appalachian tunes, as well as vocals in an entertaining form for Celtic music buffs and for those who are hearing it for the first time.
