University Of Mount Olive Students Inducted into Sigma Tau Delta English Honor Society

MOUNT OLIVE- Katie Jones of Goldsboro, Gianea Bennett of Goldsboro, Jessica Lozano of Goldsboro, Rebecca Moore of Goldsboro, Jeremy Heath Radford of Pikeville and Candace Williams of Goldsboro were recently inducted into the Alpha Epsilon Lambda chapter of Sigma Tau Delta at University of Mount Olive.

Sigma Tau Delta is the International English Honor Society that promotes cultural stimulation on the College campus, and fosters the discipline of English in all aspects.  Inductees must have demonstrated high achievement in English language and literature in undergraduate studies and have exhibited high standards of academic excellence.

Jones is an English education major, Bennett is an English major, Lozano is an English major with a concentration in professional writing, Moore is an English major, Radford is an English major, and Williams is an English education major.

University of Mount Olive is a private, liberal arts institution dedicated to the total development of its students in an environment nurtured by Christian values. The College, sponsored by the Convention of Original Free Will Baptists, has locations in Mount Olive, New Bern, Wilmington, Goldsboro, and the Research Triangle Park.
